Behold! A Paleblood Sky!

Bloodborne

**Beware of spoilers**

Bloodborne is a gothic horror game released by From Software (developers of Demon Souls and Dark Souls) for the PlayStation 4. It was released in March 2015 and is scheduled to receive new DLC in late November. The main character is a foreigner who has presumably come to Yharnam in search of blood ministration. However, when the player awakes from the procedure, they discover that they must join the hunt in order to survive.

Play style

The game borrows heavily from its Dark Souls and Demon Souls predecessors. Battles are typically hectic and require fast thinking and exploitation of a given boss' weaknesses in order to survive. In the right hand, players can equip trick weapons that can transform into another (ex. Reiterpallash is a sword that can transform into a gun). The left hand can equip almost exclusively firearms, with a couple of exceptions. There is only one shield in the game, and it is, more often than not, utterly useless.
